Default 2001 Mustang GT vert, trade for LS1

Ok, I been trying to go to GM for some time now. Planning on buying a 2009 camaro, but I like to work with a LS1 f-bod before hand. So here it goes.....

I have a late year model 2001 Mustang GT convertible. 3650 5spd. White with black top. As of the time of this post, the car has 69,210 miles on the car.

Appearance Mods:
-03 Cobra Front Bumper with OEM fog lights
-03 Cobra Rear Bumper with custom letter removal (shaved letters, no "COBRA")
-'65 Mustang GT fender emblems
-Mach 1 grille delete
-'69 style rear center section matte blackout, custom painted
-GT spoiler delete, professionally removed and filled
-Red brake calipers
-3.5'' Chrome Rolled exhaust tips
-18x9 Black Bullitt Wheels (front)
-18x10 Balck Bullitt Deep Dish Wheels (rear)

Performance Mods:
-custom off-road h-pipe
-Flowmaster 3 chamber muffers
-MIL eliminators
-K&N drop-in filter
-SCT ExCalibator Handheld Tuner
-custom tune for 87 octane (I run at least 90 octane anyway)
-Nitto 555 tires

As listed, its mild bolt-ons and tune; but still catches a few eyes. Its been my pride and joy, but I have the LS1 bug.

I bought the car for $15,000 in November of 2005. Much more $ in appearance and some in performance. It runs and handles like the day I got it at 44k mile on the clock from the original owner. I dont want to sell due the fact this is my only car and I want a LS1 off the bat, .

I want to trade straight up for a LS1 car, camaro or trans am. I will consider all trades. I dont mind the level of mods.

Here are some of the most recent pics of my car "Lucky 13":
