Like the title says. I was looking on Autotrader and most of the 04,05, and 06's are going for mid to low $20k's! I think thats really low considering they were about $50k new or so werent they?

All very true. Is there anything with them that has been known to fail? Or is some kind of an issue.

It's weird because when I hear 2004 or 2005 I think hey not that old. Then I realize it's 09 and that's 5 years ago. Time goes by fast

02-04 Z06s were also 50K new and can be had in the 22-25K range all day long.

Depreciation and a new generation both contribute to the car loosing 25K over 4-& years

Yah their rear ends like to go boom about 3x's more than ours do... original owner of my car had mine till 66k, now I have it at 116k and the rear end still looks new. He never had a problem. He's already gone through 2 after 30k miles under warranty on his V...

Yea ive heard that the 04-05 V's have super weak rear ends because they are meant for the V6. But 06-07's are supposed to have stronger rears, but i guess they are not a the huge upgrade that is needed. Ive also seen Dana replacements, but those are around $7k from what ive read.

I worked at Cadillac as a tech for 2 years they are real nice with very few issues. The trim on the radio and control head peels real easy and they go through tires and brakes like nobody's business but other than that they are pretty solid.
