Default Did anyone ever pass smog with LT's??
I mean if you have LT's + good catalytic converters with stock exhaust. Im only talking about the sniffer not the visual inspection... I never tried it but it seems to me like its possible.

I rescently passed smog with my stock car but the guy never opened my hood or anything...

So, Anyone ever tried Smog with LT's + cats? thanx.

Yeah mine passed with Lt's/cat's several year's back.

**** that. I passed smog sniffer and visual with lt's and NO cats and a big cam untuned dumping tons of gas on idle

Only because they didnt hang an iron in your tailpipe. Trust me that would have failed on the meter. Thanks to OBDII on 1996+ cars if the rear O2's are deleted and they don't do a visual, anything will pass.

just put a K&N in your tailpipe

filter it coming in AND out!!!

One place I went to told me if I had rear O2 sims, I would have passed. 221/227 110lsa, long tubes, 243s, no cats.
