I don't have a picture car is at home will take some later today. But here is a image of the impact. She was going like 15? Swirved to avoid her, she hit me anyways and I went up a curve, car pulls to the left now

She hit my drivers side wheel then scratched/drug accross the whole side and finished right in front of my rear wheel and dented that piece in about 4 inches deep 1 foot wide/high

Try to never swerve. I swerved once to avoid someone changing lanes into me.. I curbed my front wheel, blew out my strut and the person never ended up hitting me. Cops said there was nothing anyone can do about it. Sucks ***!

Yeah a little bit of both, some scratches and some of her paint

******* bitch is saying it's not her fault now ! I knew I should have called the cops, they almost always say if no one is hurt to just switch information. God damn piece of ****, I hope they are able to verify by the impact tht it was in fact her fault, 1,000$ deductible is no bueno for me right now.

So far looks like im screwed, anyway I can maybe take her to small claims or something and try to get money ? My deductible is 1,000 and its gonna make me tight and im buying a house in a few weeks so that'd set me back a grip.

Yeah looks like its getting fixed, roughly like 4k in damage, Adrian said they are going to paint basically half the car, and if I wanted the other half of the car painted he would need 2200, because he would need to sand and prep other side because of the cheap paint that was on it before.. I dont got 2200 + $1000 for deductible so looks like my car is going to be half shiny half dull
