hey guys im trying to get my y pipe done but i cant find no muffler shop around my area to do mandrel bent .i have the 3 bolt flanges i want to put to connect the headers to the y and i have the 3 to 3 1/2 flowmaster merge to 31/2 cut out.

We custom build mandrel y-pipes with any type of merge collector / cutout etc (most commonly the flowmaster one to a 4" cutout, then reduced to 3" after cutout)

+1 They did a 4" over the axle on mine that doesn't hit anywhere. Very, very happy with their work.

x 10!!!! These guys are THE shop to go to. I drove an hour away when I realized 2 local shops were too afraid to do a little custom work to get my exhaust to fit. The Rogers brothers are real cool peeps, they were excited to take on the challenge, and their work was top notch. BTW, I found out about them through word of mouth on this site by a couple ls1tech'ers.

"orange county muffler" in newport beach is the only shop in orange county that actually has a $100,000 mandrel bending machine.

Everyone else will just buy pre-bent pieces and weld them together.

I just had them do my exhaust and it came out awesome!

Well i have a turbo car, so its just a single exhaust into a large magnaflow in the rear. I had them build the part that goes over the axle and into the muffler.

After months of hopelessly searching for an slp over the axle pipe to complete my catback I may have to go this route. Do they do stainless and can you pm what you paid?

yeah i gave him a call he seems to do really good work thanks for the referal but he was charging me around 300 bucks to weld up the merge vs under 200 from the other shops mentioned above
