Is it even possible to get these anymore with the new laws? I'm assuming summit etc won't even ship them here anymore... what's the deal guys?

most ive seen are not legal for sale in Cali. They HAVE TO be factory replacements. You might be able to get by on an "equivalent" because they stopped production on them.

Well for rally racing you have to have cats, so what are those guys supposed to do now, use stock cats? I do have relatives out of state though so I could do that.

Magnaflow has direct fit catalytic converters that are California legal, They might flow better than stock but I don't know.
