cheap horse power ok ok its been awhile since i been on here. ever since they stole my last camaro but now i just bout another one. 99 z28 all stock. whats some cheap or free horse power i can do., any tips

Go with the ram air mod for now. Free and easy. No need to buy anything unless you have nothing to cut with.

Unless they have added GPS or upgraded their detection grid, Lowjack doesn't work out in the desert. Unfortunately that's where they usually find unwanted scrap/frames.
Nitrous (100-150shot) and a cheatR cam will do nicely, then toss on a drag radial and your set.

Tune Up...
-Plugs
-Wires
-Motor Oil
-Trans Oil
-Rear Diff
-Radiator fluid to Distilled/Water Wetter
Then Free Mods, then cheap replacement stuff. Used Lid, LQ4 80mm TB, LS6 Intake, pacesetters, so on and so forth
