Default Removing VATS

I need someone to remove the VATS from my computer preferably in the Anaheim/Fullerton area. Any recommendations? Would like to get it done tomorrow if possible

Yeah thats where I plan on getting the tune but I can't move the car until I remove it so I was just going to bring my computer somewhere real quick.

just FYI you CAN NOT tune it out.... the resistor mod is the best way. you can even manipulate with a switch and still use VATS as your engine kill.

I have this alarm advancedkeys.com

and to get it to work properly i had to make all sorts of changes to the factory alarm.

it depends on what is actually wrong... if the key cylinder is bad, the vats being removed wont help... if its just not recieving a vats signal for whatever reason, removing it with allow the car to start

Just curious, but your saying that if the key cylinder is bad, the resistor trick wont work. With the resistor method, your totally removing the key cylinder harness and installing a loop with a resistor to tell the computer the right impedance pellet is in, Right?

go to radio shack & have them check the k ohm level of the chip in your key. then buy the k ohm resisters needed to match it. then solder them together in line & plug etch end in to yellow (i think) socket the one going to the key cylinder came out of & you shuld be good to go. hope that helps
