Default Phoenix West Valley LS Swap

I have accumulated 90% of the parts to do a 6.0 swap into my 1971 Chevelle. A friend of mine that was going to do the swap for me has developed some health issues and can no longer do this type of work. And I don't have a big enough space to tackle this. Looking for a reputable shop that would be willing to do this in the Phoenix west valley (preferably Sun City, Peoria area). Any suggestions?

No, haven't had any luck yet. Must be someone in the Phoenix area that wants to make some money!

I know a place, hes a nice guy, but I don't know his work and I can't recommend. Otherwise I would, unless you want to see how he feels? For myself, I do not know much about custom swaps and would never want to send someone to a place I do not know.

I don't know if VetteCulture would be able to, otherwise I would say them

The shop I would recommend is Cordes Performance Racing. However, they are located in Tempe.
IMO, the best LS / LT shop in the Phoenix area.

If you don't mind going to Mesa The Shop Auto and Performance does the swaps all the time. And you wont find better pricing.

I would have never said that. Swaps I always say are tough to quote as you don't know what you need sometimes till you need it. If the customer understands that and understands I will not do a swap half *** or sloppy than we can work together. the LSA S2000 was flawless and a blast, also the 69 camaro with the ls7 and corvette 6l80 setup was super cool too but those customers understood what it would take.

Hmmm… I like to bring this thread back from the dead. Joecpr are you a tech?
I also had someone lined up to swap in a 06 refreshed & updated alloy 5.3 and a NOS 5 speed Tremec into a little 07 Tacoma Reg cab 5 lug.
I don’t have the proper tools and I’m lacking in the skills department. I also have purchased a majority of the parts but parts you don’t know what you need until you get there. I’m in the East Valley, does anyone here have a suggestion? Otherwise I got a room in Vegas for this upcoming LS Fest. I’ve contacted the promoter and got permission to park the truck by the entrance with the windows covered with “Can You LS Swap Me” Hoping to find someone who can do the installation.
I’m all ears if someone here can recommend?
Thanks in advance,
Randy
