Im planning on a cam only car that makes alot of power and that is a chunky idle so it can really be heard that it does in fact have a big cam. But at the same time i would use it as almost my daily driver and once tuned, i want it to get decent gas mileage and be able to idle with out surging or dying out on me. i want it to make power with out having it spinning too much past 6200.

Ok if you're going cam only you know you're going to be needing valve springs. pushrods, ect...The big boys generally require a ton of gear and RPM to see the power, and without a phenominal tune, they can be a bit of a chore to drive around daily on the streets...You might be able to put up with it, but you're giving up some lowend for all that high RPM power...
Now since you're looking for a nice lope sound from a big cam, I'd recommend something with decent duration, and a tight LSA...That will give you more overlap, and the chunky sound you're looking for...
I'm sure you've heard of EdC on these boards...He makes some nasty custom cams...Before you do anything as far as purchasing, give him a call or email and tell him what it is you want, and he will do it...Or you can look here...

Also, another option is Thunder Racing, give them a call with what you want...And they can do a kickass LSK lobe profile that will get you the torque and power that you're looking for...And that nice lopey sound....
Personally, i'd go with a 224/228 .6xx/.6xx on a 110LSA or less...

The cam you mentioned earlier fits very well with what you want. You are leaving a little on the table by not wanting to rev the motor hard. If you are willing to spin the motor a little higher you could look into some of the Futural (sp?) cams. I hear that they are very streetable and put down very good numbers. Smartass#### has the f13 in his car and it put down 400 I believe.
