Default Speedo Calibration in San Diego

Alright guys. I am buying some 18" ZO6 wheels with some KDW 275/40/18 tires all around. I am looking for someone or shop who can do a speedometer calibration for the new size wheels. Any help would be GREAT! Thanks

Check with San Diego Speedo-Tach. They use a module that taps into your computer wiring harness. $159 plus labor. The right way to do it is take it to someone that can edit your computer. More expensive but better.

I am sure someone in San Diego with HPTuners would be willing to do it for free. Heck I would do it free, but I am not going near San Diego anytime soon. But if you want to meet some where in between, I would be willing.

hey everyone this is the reply i got back from Top Flight:

You may not need the speedo re-calibrated if the overall diameter is
within a 1/2" to the diameter you have now. If you do need the
recalibration, I can only do it thru the purchase of a Hypertech
power programmer which cost around $350+.

Thanks for considering Top Flight Corvette for your automotive repair
needs.

Yours Truly,

Lawton

Those guys are really nice and helpful, so im still in search, and i just bought 4 275/40/18 KDW tires.

I should be able to do it. I don't think I have sent my HP Tuner cables off to get the new ones yet. Lemme check, and gimme a call or PM me Wed afternoon.
