all cesars fault for chriping his tires and im the one that gets the ticket. but i believe i have this beat. i was looking up the VC and sections. he wrote down unsafe start but in reality this is what it is, 22100(a) Right turn at intersection, improper position. or this one, 22100(b) Left turn at intersection, improper position. man he wanted to lock me up and impound my car cause i was laughing when he said i was racing the 3rd gen. i said look here ocifer, lmao, if i wanted to race that iroc then he would have gotten the ticket not me i dont race i love my car too much to do that.
