Ditto, NOT Guilty was returned to me just the other day for the Exhibition of speed. Damb trafffic school for a lame speeding ticket! forget that, from now on it is fight em all.
truth. and even if you loose, you can do traffic school, well for you its 18 months from now
actually, from what I was told by the courts, if you contest it by written declaration then you give up your right to take traffic school. That's why I mentioned in the beginning of the write-up to take traffic school if you are eligible.

well.... if they are still willing to let you take traffic school, by all means fight it...I've always been told you give up your right to... but, if they changed it, or just don't understand how it works, hell yea, fight the ticket, and if by some chance you loose, take traffic school

Anyone try this on non-moving violation tickets? I have a tint ticket that I've had delayed the hearing for 8 months now when I do show for the hearing I want to go this route.

I've done this several times and won 4 out of 4 cases. When I fight my cases I show up to my hearing and usually the officer doesn't show and you automatically win. What's funny is that about half the cases get thrown out because the officer doesn't show.

The ticket came along with an envelope and data sheet that has all the fines, traffic school, etc. information. One of the pages is for a continuation to request a hearing.
I am NOT eligible for traffic school, I had two tickets last year.
Is this the first step I would take in AZ to get an "extension"? Is this the first step in what I want to do? because I'm about to just pay the speeding violations and get it out of my way.
