Charlie@RPM tuned my c5 z06 it made 388rwh with long tubes and cai. I ran a best of 11.78@120+ with cheater slicks.
Right now he has my 98 vette and is installing a forged ls6 with vortech t-trim level V trans and built rear plus all the extras. He should be starting it up tomorrow. The price he quoted sounds like his street and dyno tune price. He also does tuning for a few other vette shops in so calif that have dynos but no tuner on staff.

the dyno time is inculeded in the 400 tuning so you only pay 400 for tune first time and then 150 for dyno time after that(and rob is getting his ownen dyno so those prices might drop)
