But then I started hearing about the real Obama. Then I realized how much he will %$#% this country up if he was in office. Just look at his associates... Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Tony Rezko, Farrakan. That's enough for me. You can judge someone a lot by who they hang with, and I don't like that picture. And then there's the "Change" motto. Yeah, Biden is really helping the definition of change. He's as much "Washington" as they get, he's anything change. I remember the night before naming him as the VP candidate, and talking about how they are awaiting a plane to land at the runway at his HOUSE! Yeah, he can relate to the everyday worker.

No thanks Obama. McCain/Palin for me.
That's pretty much exactly how it happened for me. I hated McCain in the primary and I was shocked when Romney dropped out. However, I understand that Obama could destroy the U.S. as we know it. I believe McCain always does what he thinks is right and he really cares about the country. That's good enough for me.

My prediction. Obama will dump Biden and bring in Hillary in order to get the WF vote. Then, after the inauguration, Hillary will have him assinated in order to get the presidency she "earned".

If Obama says change one more time I am going to hunt his *** down.

If you listen to his speeches he never says that he is going to do anything. He always goes uhhh...ummm...there will be change. What will it be then? Tell me what you are going to change and maybe you'll get a vote.

McCain F T W!!!

Well Obama reminds me of another famous historical speaker the was an advocate for change, and was also very charismatic, and well spoken.

Lol, a little harsh, but not too far off, really. But seriously, I do not like what this man stands for. He wants to severely cut our military, he is an advocate for wealth redistribution (read: SOCIALISM), universal health care, he thinks he can save the world by regulating the hell out of our auto industry and legislating higher mileage standards, he's already planning how to spend trillions of our dollars without a solid plan on where the money is coming from, etc.

I don't think America needs a complete "change". Some things need to be tweaked, but I just don't think America needs the #1 and #3 most leftist senators in office. McCain isn't at all my ideal candidate, but at least he's more centrist.

LOL I don't even know where to start... If you don't like the guy... it's ok.. but to make such a umm.. (I'll be nice) comparison...

First off... the ***** were not socialist. Well, they had fundamentals of socialism.. but face it... THEY WERE facists. You are probably thinking about a small country next next to Germany called Russia lol Now those ***** loved socialism so much that they went on to the next stop.. Communism!

I don't mean to ruffle your feathers, but why not keep this thread on topic?

Again.. if you don't like the guy and his policies.. say so! It's ok! Everybody should respect each other's points of views.. but Hitler?? LOL

Why does everybody get all bent out of shape, and have such a huge opinion on who the president is? Reality is you don't really care that much. I'd like to hear the opinion of somebody who goes a little further than youtube to research candidates. Has anybody on here read the patriot act? Do you know what it's all about? Do you have a strong opinion on that? Probably not.
Our country was started through a revolution, and when America was established, we had a document, with some basic principles, and rules, that we should live by. This document was written by the only men who actually had the ***** to fight against corruption. The constitution states that if we as American's believe that our government is corrupt, we have the right, and the obligation to overthrow the government...
The patriot act ***** all over the constitution. It states that anybody who is against the United States government, is a terrorist against America. And as a terrorist, we lose all of our rights/freedoms as Americans.
Our own government has found a way to take away our rights, without us ever knowing it. It won't be long until we lose our right to bare arms. These are the facts, these are the issues. We all know what's going on, but we aren't doing anything about it... Yet, we have a strong opinion on who the president should be...

Because we all know it wasn't because of nuclear weapons. Can you say um....BIG OIL!! I support our troops...just not the reason why they were sent there...sucks that thousands have died for fkn oil!

and why are people complaining about Obama wanting Universal Health Care? it works for other countries...why can't it work for us? the most developed country in the world...and for the record, i don't even know what each president is promising to do while in office lol...i have some research to do haha

This is dead nuts on the money. Hitler sweet talked the German people then took all there rights away. He then turned Germany into a socialist country. This is what NOBAMA wants to do also. He wants to make this a socialist country.

All I can say if he wins is "RUN FORESSET RUN"

This is kind of like choosing whether to get bitten by a cotton mouth, or a cobra. It's gonna suck both ways. One will hurt our country for a while, the other may flat out kill it. The problem is figuring out who is cotton mouth, and who is the cobra.

Hey L3THAL Z28, Universal health care does not work in other country's. Why do people in Canada come here for there health care. Because there universal health care is so poor. people are dying waiting for a doctors appointment over there. In England there universal health care is bankrupting there country. Any time you put the government in charge of something it runs worse than before. Look at medicare and medicaid. Look at how just those 2 programs are killing us now. What do you think will happen when everybody has health care. The quality of health care will drop. it will take you 2 weeks to get a doctors appointment. If you have some seriously wrong they will try to delay any treatment as long as possible.
It sounds great but it just does not work.
Like the old saying "If it sounds to good to be true. It most likely is to good to be true"
