Default What's a 1994 Fleetwood Brougham with 73000 mi. worth?

I have an opportunity to buy this thing but I need to establish an accurate value...

A/C inop
radio inop
driver seat heater inop
a little hail damage
couple small door dings
driver side dooRS were reskinned due to a car sideswiping it about 10 years ago
NICE JOB and paint looks good even this many years after the repairs
spent winters in AZ
Midnight blue light blue leather int (pretty good shape)

runs well but still orig wires and opti...

Still original owner (He's 91 now and hanging up the keys)

From 10 feet it's really quite sharp (if you like slab-sided ships)

Any input would be graciously appreciated.

I have a 3.73 and a centrifugal posi unit but I think it will mess with the electronics (not sure)

Looking to lightly mod it into the 14.0's with bolt-ons and some spray.

Honestly? I wouldn't pay more than $3K on it only because it has the LT1 and rust free body going for it. HOWEVER Keep it in mind that it could be (and Caprice can confirm this) the 4.3L BabyLT1 and not the 5.7L Big Brother.

EDIT: NADA's report

PRICING----------------Rough----Average----Clean
Base Price--------------$975-----$1,825-----$2,575
Mileage - 74,000 miles---$1,287---$1,287-----$1,287
TOTAL PRICE------------$2,262---$3,112-----$3,862

KBB's "FAIR" report is $4,290. Good is $4,800
I've removed the options that are inoperable ATM. Don't know if it had premium wheels (basically non hubcapped rims) but I put yes. No clue if it has leather, so didn't check it.

The shop I work at, the owner has a dealers license and buys and sells repairables, and they go off NADA since that's a more accurate market value.

L99 was only available in the Caprice sedan. LT1 was STANDARD in the Fleetwood, Roadmaster, Impala and Caprice wagon.

Look at the sides of the block. If it has a big 327 cast into the sides, its a 5.7.

Sorry---
Leather (as written in the original post)

Aluminum wheels

Factory Moonroof

and yes, the LT1 350 is mandatory.... No other way to buy it...

I'm shooting for $1500.

Got some old parts laying around that should put me right around 14.0 as this car is heavier than an Imp SS.

Crane 227 cam (210/224 .511/.553 112lsa) and supporting valve train will go nicely in that car.
