Likely full of it, but 12psi through a T56 STD that number is within the realm of possible. There are happy dynos out there.

I do find it highly unlikely with shorties, basic exhaust and non-intercooled just being the glaring problems.

On AI's results page they have 574rwhp SAE 9psi non-intercooled with their 190cc head.
12psi a good set of ported trickflows, STD correction and the number should climb a lot. BUT like I said Edelbrock headers likely means shorties, if a bolton Borla it wont support this kind of power either, doesn't say the Trickflows are ported either.

I would bet the current owner bought this car modded and genuinely believes it is that powerful, ignorance is bliss right?

On the other hand, assuming he's already got the blower and aftermarket heads..... it shouldn't take that much work to get there.

Port the heads, headers, and a pulley swap to go back to 12 psi.....
