2002 Trans Am Vert 6-spd
I've had a case of the Corvette bug the last week so I'm thinking of selling my T/A.
It is a 2002 Triple Black convertible 6-spd. 100% stock 70,xxx miles in pefect condition i'm the second adult owner.
The only problem is the dreaded T/A/Firebird door panel cracks

and the TCS/TOP switch bezel needs to be replaced. The plastic clip that snaps it in place is broke. I can't imagine this costing more than $10-$20 buck.

I was thinking C5 Z06 or probably a C5 Vert. I just bought a house so the
C6's will have to wait. Besides I only drive it maybe 1-2000 miles a year.
The market is tough right now especially this time of the year. Good luck selling yours though. I'll hang on to mine before I sold too cheap or give it to my son in a few years.

This really is an awful time to sell. Not only the holidays but a convertible as well. Don't sweat the door panel cracks too much (unless really deep and bad). Fix the minor stuff in the car. It shows the potential buyer that you care for the car. The car sure looks very good in the photos but is it really perfect? You have already listed two things that make it less than perfect. Not giving you a hard time but I see very few perfect or MINT cars with that kind of mileage. They do exist but less than 5% of all cars fall into an 'excellent' category. Do you have all the maintenance records? Need tires or any work? Do you have the boot cover? These items aren't major but they do affect the price that you can ask. I feel that a 'good condition' T/A vert like yours should sell for about $12,500 - $13,000, maybe $13.500 in the summer. If the car truly need nothing, and I mean nothing , with full records, no shortcomings or needs, no dings or scratches, then $14,000 may be a possibility. Punch in www.kbb.com and check the 'private party' good value in your zip code. Good luck when and if you sell. If you could wait until Spring, it may be best.
