Man, sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get details. I really would like to help but vague descriptions do you absolutely no good at all. So much info is needed to accurately price a car. Have you seen the car? Is it in excellent condition to you or is that the owner's description? How many owners and who was the last one? Was it a 16 year old banging the heck out of the gears or a middle aged guy that babied it? Maintenance history, paperwork? Carfax OK? Title clean and in hand? What does the car need? Clutch and tranny OK? Tires needed? The list of ??? is endless. There aren't many excellent condition cars on the road with 76,000 miles. If it is excellent, then the owner is letting it slip away at $9,500.
A truly excellent condition one or two owner 2002 35th Anniv Camaro with that mileage and a clear history and title should be selling in the $12,000 range. That is why I have so many questions about this car.

i checked it out 2 owner older couple woman driver she put 3k miles on in it in 3 years of owning it she bought from dealership she also replaced alll belts and pulley's i have the paperwork

Sounds pretty decent so far. That may be a real deal if the title is OK and everything else checks out. I hope she knew how to shift. An older woman with a 6 speed isn't your typical 'used' F-body.
