Default 325-45-17 m&h radials are on

well i couldnt find much on here about them before i bought them so i figured id post up some pics on how they look and fit seems not alot of poeple run them

my car is on stock springs and the tires are on a 9.5 rim and at 18 psi they seem to hook good i only took the car out for a short drive its only about 30 deg here in indiana but with out any warm up or anything they dead hook at 3500 punch in first and didnt break lose on any of the shifts

i wasnt runing any spray just on my fresh 370 with 2.5 ls6 tsp heads and ms4 cam it does help that i have full spohn susp but im still impressed my old 275 mickeys were lighting up at 50 miles an hour with just going wot in 2nd

well i hope this helps anybody out thats looking at this tires

Yeah they dont look that wide on your car. I have the 325s on my 15x10 wheels and they look WIDE. Maybe the 9.5 rim?

m&h's are retardedly narrow. i just put my 275/50/17's on and they are literally 1.25" narrower than my 275/40/17 m/t drag radials

i havent decided if im keeping them yet, they hook great but i have to get over how skinny they are

thier a radial they arnt going to expand that much i took them to about 130 today they didnt rub

i dont really like the diff in tire height but mt is dragen there *** on the 295s and i couldnt wait any longer and with my redline and gearing and power i needed a tire that was around 27 to 28 i have a set of slicks dont driving them on the street i dont want to buy 15 drag rims so thats what i was left with if they hook good on the spray ill buy them again

Had your ABS kick off yet? A 28.5" tire is going to slow ya down too, your motor times will suffer, despite better hooking.

abs was already off cause when i bought my 12 bolt i got it without tcs and abs and the height i know will hurt motor alittle bit but i need it with spray cause on my old setup of 243 heads cam and a hundred 100 shot and 26 slicks i was getting into 5 gear the last 150 200 foot and now i got more displacement better heads bigger cam 150 wet shot and im thinking about putting another stage on it like 100 so a 28 with a redline of 7200 puts 4 gear at like 142 which i plan on runing mid 130s maybe im wrong i dont know sure not geeting much love in this thread

thank you for posting the pics. the 325 m&h would have looked awful on my 11" rims and I was unsure how the 26"/28" combo would look. thanks for solving the delima that was still in the back of my mind. I now know that I made the right decision going with the 315 mt's.

Running the same tires on my car, they are mounted on a 17x9.5 Fikse wheel. I too was running out of gear with the 150 shot so upgraded to a 28" tall tire.

they do look narrow for being a 325. I have heard several people say they hook better than then the 275 MTs. Perfect for a 9.5 rim tho. I plan on getting some for my 9.5in z06s. I need a taller tire for when I spray with the 4.11s. Let us know how they hook with the shot!
