Default bfg g-force kdw

I am on the fence about getting a set of the bfg's for the car, searched and cant find any good pics. I am looking at 295/35/18's and any oppinions, most say they are badass from what I have read. THANKS.

bfg g-force T/A KDW NT is the exact name on my quote

I imagine that the NT stands for the new tread design, which are listed at tirerack as the KDW2.

I know what they look like, I was wondering what they look like mounted and bolted to a car!

I don't have any pics this think the KDW is one of the best all-around performing tires on the market. If I did not want stickier tires for open track days, I would be running them.

It is the newer tread design for those specific tires. However, that particular model is already more than 6 or 7 years old. It is still a decent performing tire compared to even newer models in the same category. The cheapest I've seen them is still $25 cheaper shipped than what DTD has them on their website. o n l i n e t i r e s . c o m

I had DTD price match and was told they could go $5 cheaper per tire than the other website.

Well I went ahead and bought them, cant wait toget them on and see how they drive. I went with goodyear eagle gt's for the front 245/40/18 and the bfg's on the rear 295/35/18. I couldnt remember what brand of tire was smaller than "advertised" but after reading here they seem good. I have 18*8 TTII in the front and 18*10.5 on the rears in case anyone is wondering about the 245 in the front. I have 285 sumitomo on the rear and I have completely wore them out, I have been asked if they are slicks! I am hoping they look wider

I have to say that they grip like hell on the street! Had them put on today and DAMN they are nice, I can still spin them but they grip good. I am getting worried that they grip too well and going to blow either the trans or the rear, the Fusions and the sumitomo's I had on before just spun! A 35 MPH drop into first floor did nothing but hit the rev limiter and spun the tires, now I get a chirp and feels like I am going to lift the front wheels! I dont really care for the tread design though, but I am sure it will grow on me and they sem to be taller than the other tires as well. 295/35/18's, they are god tires so far and VERY quite on the highway

That's good to know. My G-Force Sports have gotten pretty loud so when I replace them I need a quiet tire.
