345/35/18 MTs on OEM C5 Z06s 18x10.5?
Has anyone done this? I'm just wondering how they fit, because this is a 13.5 inch drag radial. I was also thinking about BFG 315/30/18s as well and I know these will fit.

if you put a 345 on a 10.5" wheel you seriously need to be smacked. A 345 needs atleast a 12"-12.5" wheel to work. If not it will be extremely unsafe and buldge and look like absolute crap in my opinion. With a 10.5" wheel use a 305 or maybe a 315 depending on what make of tire. BFGs and what not run a good bit wider then the nittos as an example.

They won't fit on that rim, MT recommends at least an 11" rim for that tire, which would be pushing it, since general practice for wheel size is going to be tread width +/- 1.5" and that tire is a 12.8" wide tread according to MT
Even if they did fit, you'd have to do a LOT of work on the inner fenders to get them to fit. Bump stop removal and all that fun stuff. And it would look like poop.
BFG's would work with significantly less fender banging. Is there a reason you want to run a taller tire?

yeah I definetly wanna run the M/T, it actually looks alittle more streetable then the BFG does. I drive in rain so they look a little better for that type of weather.
