So with my drag bags and rolled fenders I'm good? Now I need to know where I can buy 2 9 1/2 inchX17 and 2 8 inch wheels. I have ordered M/T's-
275X40X17's for my car. Do you know any vendors who sell staggered sets?
I'm not a rich man, so I'm sorts limited on funds. Thank you for your help.

rim and tire help
hi, i am hoping you can help me out. i have a 02 trans am lowered on a pro kit up front and hotchis kit in the rear. i found a set of rims i love. they are 17x9 35mm and 18x9.5 35mm offset. will these work?? i think they will. i saw a setup like this on a lowered t/a and he was running 18x9.5 35mm all the way around. he did say he had slight tire rub in front from 3/4 -full turn. he running 275/35/18 all the way around. thats why i was going to go staggered and run the 17's up front and 18"s in the rear. i also like the way the staggered rims look. then i did the tire calculator and the 17" tire is a 1/2"taller than the 18" tire. However my rim is smaller than the 18, so it should even out. some guys are running the rebel rims and their front offset is 25mm and they seem to work. please help. i really like the rims i found. i have been looking for a set like them for a while now. thanks and please respond, mike

Ok found out what the REV means...
It means they reverse the barrel of the rim, now my question is will this cause any issues with clearing the brakes like a normal wheel would?
BTW The wheels in question are Torque Thrust II's and the brakes (Rear) are LS1 stock brakes.

I have the smaller brake set up on the rear of one of the sedans over here, so brakes wont be an issue. I should have added that info, sorry. Im more concerned if they will fit in the wheel well and not hang outside body lines.

what will need to be done to fit 2006 vette rims on a 1994 firebird
newbie will o6 vette rims fit on my 1994 firebird just got them.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi there, everyone, have a few questions?
Ok, I was real lucky and scored a full set of new 2006 vette rims with good rubber for 325 bucks for all 4. they are like new and still a few summer seasones of rubber left. [not copies real vette rims]
the fronts are 18x8.5 with goodyear runflats 245/35/18 and I think the offset is 56
the backs are 19x10 with goodyear runflats 285/30/19 and I think the offset is 79
Now for the problem I want to put them on my 1994 firebird. The bird has not been lowered, and has not had any other mods just super clean.
The guy I bought them off said they should bolt right up and have no rubbing.
I have done some serarching on this site and others, from what I understand the fronts should bolt right on and have no issues, however my consern is the back rims and tires. I was hopeing that with a 1/4 inch spacer and a couple of hits in the right spot with a bfh would do the job, but I do not know.
I would realy like some ideas and info to explain if i am on the right track, or if I will have to do more then what I was hoping for.
thanks for the help guys,
andrew
