Default Got my Chrome Corvette Spyder replica's on! PICS

Got my Chrome Corvette Spyder replica's on and finally was able to snap photos. They are 18x9.5 all the way around (I wanted staggered 8.5" in front, but through a series of mistakes, some my own, I'll be sticking with these).

I think they look great. And you don't see many running this rim in chrome on an f body.

Please excuse that my car isn't clean. Its been raining non stop here. Also these are iPhone pics so not the best.

Here we go:

I'll get better ones soon. What you think?

I did the heater mod and the lower Koni perch. That's about all I'll be lowering this car. Daily driver, don't want a harsh ride, even if I get Strano springs..

There's a lot of other wheels out there, but factoring in price, warranty on chrome plating, quality and upkeep especially because I live on the ocean (lots of salt in the air), fitment, and lastly being unique, I chose these.

Also I like customer service. Mark @ 6LE is a great guy to deal with and he'll do whatever is humanly possible to help you out, so I bought these from him. He deserves the business.

Sure I could get TT2's or Z06's or CCW's, but its tiring to see the same old thing (although they're all beautiful so no offense to anyone). And I really don't think they look that bad. Maybe you all should just come over my house and see it in person.

But I appreciate your honest opinions guys. Keep 'em coming.

Good lord, I've never heard anyone not like these on F-Bodies... To each their own but WEIRD!!!

Anyways, I think they look friggin great! Obviously, I am bias but it is not because I own the business, it is because I practice what I preach

Anyways, I think they look great, like an updated WS6 (due to the shine/chrome)

Not my favorite, but they sure look good!

I think that the gunmetal one would look better, like 6litereater..

they do look kinda spiderwebby. probably could go with chrome spiders on the center caps.
with bonus points if the eyes light up red.

along the lines of what i was thinking.

AdmAnt13, let me start by saying, i like the car, and the rims as it sits right now. just clean it up for petes sake!! but like Johnystock was saying, i think another color may have looked a little better. not black, but a silver/dark silver or gunmetal type color. i think that would really look good on your car. i know they idea of painting/powder coating brand new rims is probably completely out of the question, but its a thought...

but like i said, it looks great right now

You're right. I plan on detailing the **** out of my car in a couple days. I need to remove swirl marks and everything from the previous owner. I'll have updated pics soon and hopefully the overall appearance will be to your guys standards haha.

Awesome car, but the rims are not of my liking. Just too thin spoke. Looks decent upclose, but far away it loses appeal for me.
