She's Gonna Look Sick! (Another New Weld Showoff)
Well after getting my concerns sorted out:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-ti...mal-uh-oh.html
I decided to put things together and test fit a few things with the new rear end. I took more pictures than what you see, but these few I had to share... yet to see this style of R/T on any other F-Body so I thought you guys might be interested.
And of course these are built to clear the stock calipers, but I had to test and make sure.
Can the drooling begin now?

Indeed... if nothing else at least I won't be worried about grenading the poor 10 bolt anymore. Big thanks to Midwest Chassis for the housing, axles, torque arm, and lower control arms. I'm amazed by the weight! Their work is second to none. You've got to love a big dish on a narrowed rear. Yummy. Thanks for the kind words.

Took 3 inches off each side of the rear... 4.5" of backspacing. I should have it bolted into the car tomorrow, and I'll try to snap some pictures to share as well.

Here's the kicker... $260 a wheel! Can't beat that. Rear is under the car, should be all bolted in later this afternoon. 11:00 a.m. here now. Waiting for some paint to dry on some things and then it's time to bolt things up. Stay tuned. Thanks for the kind words guys. Gordo... I'm responding to your PM now.

LOL... good catch. I've shut down operation for the day so I can enjoy dinner with my wife and I think I have enough battle wounds for one Sunday. I need to get some rear end fluid and then start making adjustments on the suspension. I shot a few pictures that I'll post later tonight... I have more room with these wheels than I did with my Prostars. I seriously wish I would have gone with a 4.75" backspacing to tuck the wheel/tire a little more, but they sit pretty damn flush, so I'm happy. You'll see what I'm talking about a little later. Thanks again for all the kind words guys.
