As the title states i have a black 01 trans am...I'm getting ready to get a set of rims to eliminate having multiple sets. I want some 9.5's up front and 10.5 or 11's out back. that way i'll just put on a big *** drag radial. my problem is i cant decide what to get. i'm on a pretty tight budget but i want it to look good. so i just wanted to get some input from you guys

hm, i think rim style is all on personal opinion man! getting corvette replicas is a good place to start on price. id say its up to you, you'll get tons of opinions on here...

i always said i wouldn't put covette rims on my f body cause it seems everyone does but i can't seem to find sizes like the corvette rims anywhere without pay mega $$$. As long as i get some center caps w/o the corvette emblem i think ima just let em ride. they look great on everyone else's car. just tryin to get some opinions to help me choose. been thinkin on this for days. haha

if oe wheels will get a freakin set in i would buy them! lol. i think any of the ones i have choosen would look great for the size and pricerange i need. just tryin to get some help. still undecided though

well i'm tryin to spend as least amount of money as possible, haha. my max for 4 rims is about $700 and i don't particularly wanna spend that. I prefer 17x9.5 up front because i have tires for that. 17 or 18 is fine for the back as i am getting dr's for those. And I HATE the c5 zo6. some people pull them off but i wouldn't buy them. i love mesh rims..such as rpm 505's, evo's, m sports, etc...they just don't make a size i need.

I like zr1s better on T/As for some reason but I imagine anything black with polished lip would look good.

Like everyone has been saying man this is really is your preference.

Personally I would not go with a black wheel on a black car(been done a lot) Id say go with a C6 Z06 chrome but you wouldn't be able to reuse your tires. But corvette wheels on any F-Body looks really good. good luck man

well they actually make the c6 zo6 with the 17x9.5 fronts so i can use my tires for front. I guess rivets are hit or miss..personally, i like them i think they make the rims pop more but i see some of yall are opposite, haha. I saw a black trans am with deep dish c5 rims. not the c5 zo6's..just regular c5 rims and it looked pretty sick.
