I got rid of the vette wheels and picked these up. I like how they sit compared to the vette wheels, the offset is different. Also removed all the blue decals from the car and painted my calipers black/silver. I am going to get the paint and body work done real soon and I have a set of Bear Eradispeed front rotors to put on tomorrow.

Let me know what you think..

Looks good! I think I have seen different centercaps on the forgelines, was there an option?

Yes, they are the optional centercaps. They have a carbon fiber pattern on them. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

The Y2K Chrome Vette wheels are for sale locally for $900 with tires.

The Forgelines are 17x9.5 in size and have 275/40 Nittos. I am replacing the rears with 315/35 Nittos.

Those are much better IMHO! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> Are they chrome? They look like it, but I am just wondering. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Hey, you got mud ooozing outta your crack!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

The wheels look great! Why don't you come up with a cheap solution for the bumper sans tips for me? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

They are polished. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I spent a couple of hours polishing them with Mothers Mag/Aluminum polish.

Weasel, working on it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Looks great! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" /> I love the clean look of no emblems or badging, but to finish it off you'll have to remove the windsheild banner IMO. (nothing against Thunder btw)

To REALLY finish off the subtle clean look, lose the door molding. That came off of my car 3 days after it came home from the dealership and it still catches my eye how nice it looks... 7 months later. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
