Are these tires still good? Cracking on the tread (Mickey Thompson drag radials) These were made in 2008. I noticed they have some cracking in the tread groves. I'm going to be buying these off someone but I'm a little concerned. He says they only have a few hundred miles on them.

WOW- these tire haven't been out long enough to be dry rotting already!! I got a set on my car that I bought when they first hit the market(before they recalled the first batch), and they aren't dry rotting.
That would prolly be fine(my old fronts were worse, but they were 6-7 yr old nitto's), but I would use them up(shouldn't take long.LOL) pretty quickly.
