The widest recommended is a 285/35/18.

Your head also will fit in a plastic bag too . . . is it advisable? . . . NO . .

A 295/35R18 requires a 10" wide wheel . . . look at manufacturer specs.

A 275/35R18 is the PERFECT tire for that sized wheel . .

A 295/45R18 MT Drag Radial fits, but not sure what you are going to do with a 29 inch diameter tire . . .

Asking a question like this on the forum is asking if playing Russian Roulette is OK . . .

I have 19x9.5 rims and a 275/30/19 Michellin Pilot sport is a tad narrow, to the point that the sidewall actually tilts inward if that makes sense.

My next set of tires will be Nitto Intro 285/30/19s and they should fit a little bit better.

i have ran a 295 on a 8" rim and NEVER had an issue

I just put M/T 305/35/18s on my 18x9.5s. Tire pressure is at 22 pounds cold.
