Tire Rack customer service
There are only three buildings on my street, so I checked with them and sure enough they were delivered across the street. So I went over there and picked them up. Meanwhile the tirerack was busy tracking them down and working with Fedex to resolve the issue. I called them and notified them that I had found the tires and to call off the search. I received three calls from the tire rack that day, and two calls on the next two days. Each time making sure that I had the tires and if there was anything else they could do. I kindly thanked them each time and told them how happy I was with there customer service, They could have very easily just sent me to Fedex with my problem since it was Fedex's screw up. But they really went out of there way to make sure everything was made right. This kind of service is getting rarer and rarer these days. Thanks again Tirerack for all your help. You have just made me a customer for life.
I just thought I'd share my experience with this company, and tell my fellow ls1techers to buy with confidence from them.
I have sent at least 2 separate e-mails in the last couple of weeks to Discount Tire Direct because I want to BUY some wheels - and I can't get a response. Interesting!
