is this going to be too much tire for my stock 10 bolt running 3.42's

no, you should be fine... im runnin the same tire but in a 315/30/18 with 4.10's in my stock 10 bolt...its going to grenade at some point, but that'll give me an escuse for a 12 bolt lol...... but with the size ur running, id look into the newer NT-05... i would of bought those, but they dont make em in a 315...

i believe the nt01s are more road race tire so you should be fine

You are not going to get great stright line traction with the NT-01 or 05's they have a stiff side wall and are designed for corner craving the 01 is a track tire the 05 is more street frendly. so not the same stress on your 10 bolt as a drag radial would be.

I use the NT01's on my car but its for Road Racing.. If you are planning to use them as a daily tire or as a traction tire for dragging get a different tire. The NT01 is an R compound, very soft and stiff sidewall as said above.. The thread life is also very short.

Based on the size of the tire you listed above im assuming you are trying to use these as a straightline traction tire?

car is a DD car that i auto cross in from time to time and do a little bit of drag racing but mainly a DD car just wanted to know if it was going to be as hard as the ET streets are on the rear end

the NT05r comes in a 315 i just priced 315x35x17s last week $226 each

these are going on stock wheels and i am getting a set of wheels by the end of summer and putting all seasons on them.
