Default What psi are you running on the street with MT ET ST Radials?

Just curious what your all inflating your mt drs to. I have 275 40 17 radials. Just wondering what psi I should be running them with on the street? Thanks

I run mine low so they wear evenly. I noticed with the higher pressures the tire was only wearing in the middle. 22 psi cold = 25-27 psi hot depending on day and driving.

24psi seems to be the sweet spot for me on the street. MT's website recommends 75-100% of max pressure for street use (33-44psi), but they get extremely squirrelly at those pressures in my experience.

Yea I found it on MT website. It say "On the highway we recommend running 75% -100% of maximum psi stated on the sidewall of the tire. This will vary depending on the weight of the vehicle. " But for track use "P275 and smaller sizes: 14-18 psi"

So street/highway 33-44 psi?! LOL I dont think anyone runs 75-100% of max psi on their mts.

Some you guys are running pretty low on the street, I run 35 on the street and 15ish at the track on 255/55/16. Might try running lower pressure on the street because my center does seem to be wearing faster and it is a bit wobbly on the street at 100+

Anyone experienced a pressure that was too low where traction actually got worse?
