Question What 17" rims for 2" narrow rear?

I got my drag setup all taken car of but I am looking to put a set of rims that are more driver friendly. The rear is narrowed 2"s per side. I know CCW and the like make some but I am looking for something more like stock Speedlines with a deep backspace or TT2's or something. I looked for the TT2's but didn't see them available.

What are the options? Anyone have pics of thiers?

Thanks

Try fikse, they aren't much different than CCW, but with that said there are a couple different styles.

That is a option Jessie. I am not looking to spend a fortune on them.

There are a handful of us on here with custom backspaced TTII's, I think like 4 or 5 members including myself have custom backspaced TTII's. Mine are 17x11 with 5.5 backspacing with a 2.25 narrowed rear end. I paid $620 shipped for both rims with lugnuts and valve stems.

since you're rear is narrowed... I'd get TTMs, get the fbody-spec fronts and (yeah, it sounds crazy) the Mustang rears. They are 1" deeper and have a 27mm offset as opposed to the fbody 44mm... if you use a 1" adapter/spacer, it should fit just right

...just an idea

uh yeahhhh or..... you can order the backspacing you need with the Torq Thrust II's. I have the link, $310 for a 17x11 TTII with what ever backspacing your heart desires. What sense does it make to order rims your going to need a spacer for, when you can just order the correct backspacing, and be done with it? Plus TTM's look like they belong on mustangs

true... but for the cost of two custom TTIIs, he could have a whole set of TTMs

If you don't currently have a set of TT2's PM me about mine! Will let them go for a decent price and will bolt right on to your rear end.

Wheels for less has full sets of TTMs shipped for $680 regular price and if you catch the sales, they knock off $10/wheel making it $640 shipped
