But they belong to my friend. They're going on his third gen.

Keep them. Those belong on a 4th gen not 3rd

I also have to add (aside from "sorry for the dirty car")... Both of us were REALLY surprised at how they fit ok without any spacers on both the 3rd gen (with original rear) and the 4th gen (with original rear). Only problem with these is they're 8.5" wide, so if I ever bought a set I'd be using them for street wheels only, unless I got them widened.

Me too. They're perfect for that car. For them to look good on my car I'd need a lot more black accents, like black roof, black mirrors, and/or black hood stripes. In all-chrome, they just look cheap, IMO.

finally got all the wheels on today. got Bridgestone 245/45/17's up front and Goodyear Eagle F1 265/40/17 in the rear.

I saw those on craigslist as well. I didnt know whether they were replicas of a zr1. Who knew they turn out to look great. nice find man.

Those look great on the third gen, clean car too. I personally love a clean well maintained and tastefully modded third gen.

I like them on both cars honestly. A very clean looking wheel goes a long way.
