Default 18" Torque thrust on a 4thgen. cant find

Hi there.
I am looking for TTs 18 inches (not the smaller 17's)
hard to find for a 93 - 02 4th gen
during checking at ls1tech i found ones but they go for $500 per wheel.
on ebay there are lots of 18" TT's just not for the 4th gen!! why??

looking for chrome or polished 18"TT"s on a 96 Trans Am stock suspension.
thanks for your help.

Greg

Hey Greg,

Here's a place that sell 18" wheels simular to Torq Thrust.
http://www.vintagewheelworks.com/index.php

Here's another site that sells Torq Thrust wheels.
I think they have the best prices
http://discounttires.com/showroom2.php?brandID=1092
Good luck in your search!

thanks Brian.
would be best for me to go with 17" on ebay.
dont wont to spend 2K for new rims. just thought there are lots of 17"s TTs on the market so there would be 18" TT"s too for a slight more money .

for me the 18 "s TT"s just look much more intense as the smaller 17"s TT
on the 4th gen!

Tire selection for 18s is also limited, and way more expensive. I think the 17 tt2s actually look decent sized, especially when the car is lowered.

This one of the reasons I went with smoothie3's. That and I like the soft lip better than the stepped.

What sizes you got there. Tiresize and offset. Had you to alter anything at the fenders ec?

MSRP prices listed on billetwheel.com I would assume dealer prices could differ.

I'm lowered on Strano springs and the rear tires are close to the outer fenders but I don't think they will rub. At least they haven't yet....but if they do it's easy enough to roll the fender lips.

These are a 2 piece wheel so you are able to get custom offsets to what ever fits your needs.

Front: 18x9 w/38mm offset - 275/35/18
Rear: 18x10 w/44mm offset - 295/35/18
