You didn't specify rim size so here's a few choices:

Hoosier Quick Time DOT or Quick Time Pro DOT are 27". But like ET Streets daily driving is not recommended. 15" rims only.

BF Goodrich Comp TA Drag Radial in 295/65/15 is 27.0" tall. g-Force KDW 285/40/18 27.0" There are some 19" sizes available too.

Nitto 305/35/18 drag radial is 26.4" tall.

That is going to be taller than a 27 inch tire more like 28 if not bigger. a 275/60 is about 28 so a 295/65 is going to be considerably bigger.

The link at www.bfgoodrichtires.com says the 295/65/15 tire is manufactured. It lists the overall diameter as 26.9". It is a typo. The tire is probably 29.6" Sorry about the mis information. I sent them a note about correcting it.

To calculate it: 2* 0.65 * 295/25.4 + 15 = 30

So it will not work.
