Wheel Cleaning question

Wheel Cleaning question I have the polished aluminum WS6 wheels. The dealer that fixed my car after it got into a little fender bender got some overspray on them. It comes off if I scratch at it with my finger nails or rub at it vigorously with adry terry cloth. I was wondering if anything else could be used to get it off? If it is not an easy fix then I am gonna have them buy me some new wheels! 
if its coming off that easy then just get some Mother's Billet Aluminum polish..get the Billet, not the regular cheap crap. Put some on a rag and rub the rims with it..the rag and the wheel will turn black right away, just keep rubbing the black residue into the wheel, adding more polish as needed until you get it cleaned up and nice looking..then take a clean one and buff the residue off..wheel will look pimpin.

If you want the over spray off, use lighter fluid and a terry cloth towel. It'll take a little while to get it off, but you won't damage the finish.

If the wheels are clear coated, use mineral spirits, the clay will put swirls/light scratches in the clear coat of the rim.
If the rims are raw aluminum, use regular Mothers metal polish, the Billet is the same thing expect a finer grade, it'll cost more and take longer.
