Default drag radial as front tires

Was looking at tires for my camaro and was wondering if i could use mickey thompson et street radial II, front and rear on car. These tires would be use for daily driving, only in dry weather. Sizes 265/40/18 front and 305/35/19 rear. http://www.mickeythompsontires.com/s...StreetRadialII On slp corvette rims 18 x 9.5 front and 19 x 11 rear. http://image.vetteweb.com/f/tech/vem...vette_rims.jpg

I would not recommend running those on the front. look into Nitto NT01 or NT05

Good lord no!!!!!!!

A really bad idea.

Those drag radials have extremely loose side walls. I could not even stand them on the rear of my car on the street with a 555R II on the front.

Buy a proper street tire for the front and run the DR on the rear only. That is how they are designed.

If you want them to match, look a regular NT05 for the front and a DR NT05R for the rear. Tread patterns are very similar.

I run Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials on the rear and Nexan 3000 tires on the front. Find a different tire for the fronts.

Yeah, that not a good idea op. I your wanting to match when your tires now wear out is do the nt05 front an nt05r for the rear

NItto NT01. Ran them on my GTo front and rear. Talk about grip on all 4 corners.

The question is why would you even consider it?
