Default wheel has symptoms of being overtorqued?

ive had these wheels for awhile, and recently went to 1/2 studs on the back. therefore i tighten them to around 110 pounds give or take. anyway, i took a pic but it doesn't show up so nvm that. on a few of the lug holes on the wheel. there is a raised ridge around the hole. the ridges vary, id say they are about half a mm tall but they are right around 1/4 of the circle, so its almost like when they were tightened all the lugs weren't all hand tightened/fully centered first. obviously i do this, but its been inspected by quite a few different shops so who knows......anywho, what are are ur thoughts?

Could be from running 45° on a wheel that requires 60° or it could be from a tire shop using an impact socket that's too thick to fit into the lug inset. If it's a lug issue then you have to watch for any nuts coming loose or any odd vibration. If it's damaged from a thick socket then clean up any burrs and forget about it.

Overtorque is more of a broken stud issue than a damaged wheel issue from what I've seen. Although there are definitely some screwed up wheels out there from grease monkeys who don't know when to stop pressing on an impact gun.
