Default Need to See Corvette Rims on Trans Am

I am seriously thinking about putting a set of chrome y2k Corvette rims (17" front/18" back) on my Red WS6. If anyone has a set of these on a Trans Am, Please post some pics. Thanks.

I have chrome Y2K C5 rims on my Pewter TA. they are 18x9.5's on Falken 265/35/18's (really ought to be 275's though)

I I didnt want to say anything,I saw your car on Sound Domain. 265's are real small for a 9.5inch rim. I have seen a 295-305 out back look very good. And a 275 up front...Im thinking about the same rims but 10.5 for the backs. The y2k rims look great on a T/A.

Be careful if you are not a 17 front 18 rear could throw a code and the abs light could come on.

I believe there has to be more than a 5% difference to throw a code. Go 18's all around. 275/35/18....lots of choices in tires.

I have the same wheels and a Pooter TA like Snootch.

18s all the way around is the way to go. Having 17s up front will look tacky.

I was thinking that too. I saw a pic of a Pewter WS6 with Y2K's 17" in the front and 18" in the back. With an extreme eibach sport line lowering kit the smaller wheels in the front give it more of a drag car/muscle look. I guess I'll see what I think of that and if it sucks then Ill just go and get 18's in the front.

Well I finally got my Y2k wheels and put on a set of Eibach sportline springs. I am actually glad that I got 17s in front and 18s in the back because it has a much better stance with the 17's in the front. Ill post some pics in the next day or so.
