brown spray from valve stem

brown spray from valve stem had r888rs installed. drove 500 miles on them and now noticed a brown spray thats dried and will not come off the rim too easily. its brown and clearly is spraying out of valve stem. 100 percent wasnt there at 250 miles. can get a pic if necessary. do i need to sell the car and get a new one?
Did it streak like air blowing away from nozzle? Perhaps some moisture/condensate combined with brake dust when you aired down the tire. Air temp will drop when air is depressurized out of the tire to atmosphere.

i dont have a core remover so cant really check to see how tight it is. it almost looks like it coming from the base of the stem tho, but how if thats the case is tire still holding air.....definatelty seems like a rusty water spray due to how its dried on
