TT2's from Ron's Rims
Has anyone ever bought TT2's from Ron's Rims, they are at an amazing price, but is their quality still good? Is the offset correct (17x9.5=7" / 17x11=7 3/4")? Does this include lug-nuts? I also heard a rumor that almost all 17x11's are bent or messed up in other ways, anyone else ever hear this? I just want to make sure I am making a wise investment because I am buying these wheels at the end of the week. Thankyou for any input.

Nevermind, they're sellers on Ebay right. And I'm interested too, has anyone delt with this company in the past, how good is the quality. Also what kind of tire would I need for a 9.5 and 11 width wheel?

i just bought my tt2 from them.talked to the son,his name was Matt, sounded like a real nice guy.it took 1 week to get the wheel.i was kinda worried about the quality because the price was so good.when i got the wheels, they looked to be in great shape.some minor little pin size pits here and there but you don't see them unless your really looking hard form them.there were also light scratches, but they pollished out easily.i went through and hand polished each wheel before mounting tires.i just wanted to get a little protection on them.
as far as balance, none of the wheels were out of round or bent in any way.one of the fronts took only 1/4 ounce the other took 1 ounce to balance.both of the backs took 1 1/4 ounce.which is pretty good.my replica y2k wheels took more than 2 ounces each to balance.

i got 17x11 and 17x9.5 polished wheels for $860 shipped to california.no lug nuts are included, but for that price you couldn't expect them to come with it.a full set of chrome lug nuts are usually around $40-$60.and alot of them come with a locking lug now.

Holy ****! thats an awsome price. I'd be jumpin on those if I did'nt already have a set. I paid $1100 for mine and that was a good price back in the day. As far as tire size, go with 275/40/17 up front and 315/35/17 out back. Here's my car with this wheel/tire combo lowered 1.5"

StrippedSS, you live in Lafayette right, I saw your car outside Lone Star one day. I go to Purdue but I'm up in Michigan right now working. Your car looks very nice in person, and in pictures for that matter. So these are the same wheels you have on your car? My car has the Bilstein suspension option on it so it's probably around the same height as yours. Do you have to do anything special in the rear to get things to work?

i just ordered those rims from him this weekend! they shipped out monday and should be here any day now ::bites nails::
i also ordered 315 nittos with 255 front tires to make the 315's look huge
wheels + shipping came out to be like $927 - and that was shipped to southeast texas.
i hope there's no pits and scratches like mentioned above!! i'm going to order some of that Gords aluminum polish to keep 'em clean.

I just ordered a set last night and I've got to say, seeing how good they look on StrippedSS's car sealed the deal. The total came out to be $941.29 with shipping, as opposed to the $1048 w/o shipping I'd found at another store. I freaking love this website!
