Actually the ride quality is pretty close to what it was on the 17 inch ZR1s I used to have... I also put the Eibach Pro-kit on.... I don't auto-X, and cruising around town is fine. I used to have BFG G-Force KDWS on there, now I have Pirelli PZero Rosso.

i ran Bridgestone Pole Position S-03's on my 19/20 (275/30ZR19 front and 285/30ZR20 rear) setup i had......it rode like total ****, then when i put the 19 inch CCW's on it...i ran 275/30ZR19 Michelin Pilot Sports on them and the difference in ride quality was night and day. and it doesn't ride any different between 275/40ZR17 and "Michelin" 275/30ZR19.......felt the same to me
Michelin and Pirelli definetly have my vote for best ride quality in a low profile ZR rated tire !!!

Nice. Look like HREs at first glance. Is it fun to polish them with the rivits?

I just ordered some Michelin Pilots for my fronts. I think my ride quality can be better. A few poeple have said the Continentals are junk compared to the Pilots, so I am going to see for myself.

my new set will look identical but with black painted centers.....so no polishing needed around the rivets, only polishing that will be needed is just the hoops.

Polishing did suck......... i usually washed the wheels daily and polished them on the weekends....... i took each wheel off and took them inside and washed them in the tub and then polish the whoe wheel..... i had fully polished barrels so i had to wash and polish the backside of the wheel also.... it was worth it though.

I am not sure if they slowed me down much or not.... It's been 90s and humid here since I got them. But I did notice braking at high speeds is harder. I need new brakes anyway, but these wheels seem heavier than the ZR1s that I had on there. I don't want to do a big brake upgrade if I don't have to since I just street drive, but I am thinking of getting the Baer Eradispeeds front and back with maybe Hawk Pads. Do these or any other direct OEM bold ins increase stopping power well? Thanks for the compliments and any suggestions. I really love the new rims, especially in real life!
