Default Goodyear Drag Radials

Anyone familiar with Goodyear Drag Radials? Saw them on the Goodyear site.
http://www.racegoodyear.com/products/dot_drag.html

They also show Dunlop Drag Radials.

I had Nittos on my Camaro but I could still spin them.

I also wonder just how sticky they are as compared to the MT DRs?? The Dunlops look to be marketing to the import crowd with most of those sizes(like the majority of their products).

Well my brother is running the goodyear drag radials. All around good tire i would say. We have never ran on them at the track but they sure do show a diffrence when its time to run on the street. Well if you live up north i suggest somthing else. It iced a couple of times here in texas and he was sliding all over the place.

Do they have an actual street tread? From what I have seen, the Goodyear drag radials are basically just a radially constructed slick, with no tread at all. Not exactly something you would want to drive on the street IMO.

It shows they are DOT approved so they must have tread of some kind.

True, but I was just going by the pics I have seen, which doesn't look like it has any. Might be something like an ET Street which has the cracks in it called "tread", lol.

Nitto shows they have a treadwear rating of 100. Anyone know what the MT Drag Radials have or the Goodyear's?
