i like the design of the wheels, and they look ok on your car. i would just have gotten some bigger tires, those look way too narrow. is the car lowered at all? some of the pics look like it is, then so do not. not a big fan of 20's, but as long as you like it. i wish foose made some wheels in our lug pattern/offsets in something in 17's or 18's.

Yeah, the bottom pictures is what it looks like now. Its lowered via Eibach sportkit. Thats why I got them staggered so I could put bigger tires on the rear. I was told that 255 30 20 was the widest, anything else would rub. I saw the same car with 275's in the rear and looked better. It also had 245's in the front. But if they are going to rub, its not going to happen with mine. I also think 18's are to small for me. It rides smooth.

man you can put a 285 tire on a 9.5" rim, i went with 275's all around on my new 18x9.5" rims, i am lowered w/ sportlines and have no rubbing issues whatsoever. i actually had 295's in the rear when i had my Z06's with no problems at all. so whoever told you thats the widest tire that can fit on that rim was a moron. but maybe the offset for those rims wont allow anything wider, what is the offset? surely you can fit something with a little more beef to it than a 255, thats mustang GT tire sizes man, not SS!

I'm going to ask, thanks. It probably has something to do with the offset, but I'm not sure. I told the shop what I wanted, and they had a Ws6 that had problems with clearance inside the wheel well is what they told me and showed me some pictures of the car. The guy ended up going with 19's on his W6. They had problems on the road when the car bottomed out, but maybe it can be fixed with some good strut/shocks.

I like them just like they are. When I read the title of the post, I was expecting something awful, but it looks surprisingly good. I also like it because it's different. It's not another Z06 or TT-II setup. (Nothing wrong with those--they're very nice--just too many of them!)

with that size of wheel for the back, you cant go that wide of rubber because they WILL rub. i have 295/35/19's on the rear, and they rub the outter fender just a hair when i am close to bottoming out the suspension, mainly due to offset tho. Yeah so its not the fact that they are morons for telling you what size you cant go with, its the fact that they will rub if you go wider.

But then again I think that anything larger than 18's is just to much for any car

Not sure what people are trying to accomplish by going against the tire mfr's recommendations.
