Default painted tt2!

I just wanted to show my new TT2 with painted centers. I painted them myself and was happy with the results.[IMG][/IMG]

Sorry about the small pic. I haven't figured out how to post larger pics yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks! I was trying get the color as close as possible to the Blackbird wheels. I think mine are a slightly different shade.

Yes, I used Graphite and Clear, Duplicolor High Performance Wheel Paint. It took some work, but I liked the way they turned out. I know powdercoating would have been better, but I wanted a less expensive alternative. I think the paint will hold up well.

You did a good job, they look great. I wonder how they will hold up over time?

Thanks! I'm hoping they will last awhile. This is my 2nd vehicle, and I plan on keeping the miles low. I spent a lot of time prepping the wheels so the paint would stick. If they don't last very long, then I will probably pay to get them powdercoated later.
