I was looking for the same thing. I am buying some 10 spokes and thought about powdercoating the spokes. I found this picture. I like it!

I also plan on black powder coating my Stock 10-spoke SS wheels.
I found one place, local in chicago that wants to do it for $400... a bit steep I think....
I might paint them black, if it's gonna be a lot cheaper.
