Default OE Concepts ZR1s

Thinking about getting a set of OE Concepts version of the ZR1 wheels. I'd like to see a pic showing what the 17x11s look like, compared to the 17x9.5s. OE Concepts only has 17x9s showing on their website.

http://www.oeconcepts.com/2007/cseries.html

I want the fronts to look exactly like the backs. I don't really like that sunken in look around the lugs that some of the 17x11s have. Anyone got a pic of 17x9.5 & 17x11 ZR1s from these guys? Any feedback on OE COncepts??

Thanks!

Default Question for skatinjay27

skatinjay27, those wheels look pretty good. It's hard to tell any difference between your fronts & rears. You say the rim on your 17 x 11 OE Concepts wheel is wider. How much?? Does the rim stick out beyond the spokes?

Do you have more of a side shot of the car or a closeup of the rears? I think these are what I am looking for. How do you like the wheels?

Thanks

The one thing I don't like is how the surface of the spokes on the rear are flatter than the 9.5's. Mine are 56mm on the 9.5's and 50mm on the 11's with the "lip"

OE concepts has crappy quality wheels. I bought a set of black ones on eBay and every time I looked at the wheels more scratches appeared out of no where. GRRR!!! I finally got some AFS ones and the finish on those is much better.

Default ZR1 Fat Lip OE Concepts Wheel

Great pics guys. I see what you mean about the fat lip. Especially noticeable on the painted wheels. I guess they have to do something to get that extra 11/2". Fat lip is more subtle than sunken lugs.

My TTIIs have the fat lip routine going as well. One reason I am getting tired of them and contemplating a change.

Thanks for the help!

I am certain it is 50mm because it is cast into the back of the spokes.

So we've established that the OE Concepts 17 x 11'' ZR1s do NOT have the sunken lugs, but DO have the wider lip? The surface of the spokes also seem to be more flat than other replicas (like the AFS style), correct?

What about their 17 x 9.5s? How are the surface of those? More flat or rounded like the OEMs?

Default ZR1 Flatness

I dunno. They look pretty good to me. Like regular ZR1s I think. Check out the pic.
