Default Could you safely run 235X35X19's on a 19X9 Wheel

Idealy I would want to run 255X35 but at a cost of $700 just for the tires I woas looking around and found a set of 235X35 local that I could snag for 1/4 of the price. My tire shop says it will be close but will work. I know the front tires will be strecthed but I don't want it to look stupid. In the rears I have 285X30 on a 10.5" rim so I think the tires might just compliment each other. Tires are Pirelli P Zero Asimmetrico if it matters.

Agreed. That would look like complete and utter ***. WAY to narrow and a 35% of 235 would look WAY too short too.

255 is still too narrow . . . a 275 would be best for a 9" wheel.

Actually after researching 255-275 would work, but I want to keep the same size differnce as stock which is 245-275. Since I have the 285's out back I think 255 will compliment them well. Thanks for the info.

I don't see how anyone would find it ideal to run smaller tires if they could. The quest is always for bigger! I get it you can pay less for slimmer tires but man ... shop around?

i'd go 275's in the front. 245's is for an 8inch wheel.

and what do you mean you want to keep the same difference as stock?

275-245 = 30

285-255=30

lol. is that the number your trying to keep the same?
lmao
get 275's if you want the "right/best" size.

255 is as narrow as you should go, for a 9 inch it should be 265, and with 9.5 it should be 275

yea dont laugh man i do the same thing all the time when i have staggered wheels lol i always try to keep them a good bit wider than the front just to make it more noticeable. But i agree 255 is like wearing a nice suit with short sleeves....really really short sleeves lol i'd say 265 in the front to keep it in the middle and go crazy in the rear... i'd do 295 jus for the heck of it
