Default Front Wheels - TTM 17x10.5, will it be ok?

I am looking at buying a set of TTM's and like the lip on the 10.5 wheel, wondering if I can just put these on all 4 or if I will have any fitment issues in the front? Any help would be greatly appreciated, would love to get those wheels in the mail!

Has anybody installed a 10.5" wide rim on the front of a TA? I like the lip on the 10.5 more than the 9".

I have momo r3's in 17x10.5... 56mm offset... They a very tight fit but they fit without a spacer.... all I had to do grind the knub off the spindle. when I turn a tight corner it rubs just a tiny bit..... But yes, they will fit!

EDIT: BTW, only running a 275/40 tire on them.... that will be a factor too

Thanks for the input, I do plan on running the stock 275/40/17 tires. If I need a spacer, wouldn't that make the tire stick out side of the body? I really just like the lip on the 10.5" wheel however I am not sure if spending the extra mony on them is worth the headache / labor involved in getting it to fit and not rub. Let me know what you think.

LILWS6, Thanks for the pictures, your car looks sweet. What size tires do you have on front and back? Also, I am assuming your car is at stock ride hight? Let me know when you get a chance.

Thanks,

those look like 275/315s/stock ride height...

I understand that you like the lip.. but 275s are going to look stretched/bad on a 10.5 wheel.

I think you are right, I am going to order the 9's for the front and 10.5's for the rear. Hopefully I will complete the order tomorrow. I will post some pics when complete.

I placed the order today from Bell Tire, 17x9 for the front & 17x10.5 for the rear with a set of MT ET Street Radial 315/35/17's. They said everything should be in before the end of next week. I will post some pictures when it happens. Hope I made the right decission, really wanted a set of IForged however they are just way to much $$$.

17x11s and 315s can fit up front with 5/16" spacers and longer studs. 17x10.5s will work. a 275 will be pretty stretched though. And having that wide of a wheel up front is going to be very uncomfortable to drive on the streets.

Yeah, you made the right decision going with the 9s in front and 10.5s in back. 10.5s all around would have been a little odd, considering how much tire will protrude, etc. I wouldn't go with 275's on those 10.5s in the back if I were you.
